The Second Toe Kit by Gaynor Minden contains two cool blue oval cushions to add length to the big toe and two crescent cushions to take the pressure off the longer second toe.

They both have two sides, one gel to be against the pointe shoe and one cloth to support your toe. You can place them in multiple ways inside your shoes (instructions included).
